Mentoring & Coaching Strategy Packages
Business Strategy Package
This package is designed for the entrepreneur who wishes to understand where their business is now.
The client may have already an existing business and a basic website that is used to attract clients, but does not utilize it to maximize profits.
They also want to understand what it will take to move their business forward.
Package includes
- Bi-weekly 45-60-minute meetings with Phillis for duration of the engagement (total of 12 hours of contact).
- Provide unlimited e-mail support for the duration of the engagement.
- Assess the current state of the business.
- Provide a detailed assessment of the current status of your business: existing processes, staff contributions and cost of running the business.
- Prepare the Strategic Plan for your business, including definition of milestones and resources needed.
- One follow-up session after the third month.
- Package is billed on flat fee schedule per month for three months.
- A discount of $250 applies if the entire fee is paid at inception of the engagement.

Life Strategy Package [personal life coaching]

This package is designed for the entrepreneur who wishes to understand where their Personal Life is now.
Power Within Coaching includes 3 (45-minute) Sessions per month, email support and BONUSES!
